What makes it irregular?
Because we sell our ikebana vases to shops and galleries all over the country, we maintain very strict standards. This means we have many ikebanas that don't make the grade. Sometimes a "pin hole" occurs which is a tiny spot where the glaze doesn't meet, or the hole on the top is slightly out of round, but in every other way is perfect. Many customers have a hard time finding the imperfection. It is a great chance to get wonderful handmade gifts for a bargain price.

RETURNS
All pieces are handmade, and slight variations in size and color are to be expected. However, within 30 days of delivery, if you'd like to exchange a new, unused item, the customer is responsible for sending it back unbroken and a full refund for the merchandise price will be issued or applied to another purchase.

Everything is made by hand with raw materials that originate from the ground and slight variations are to be expected and the occasional iron inclusion is normal. We embrace these slight variations as they're what makes our pieces one of a kind.

Most items are in stock and will be shipped within 2 – 4 business days. If you place an order for an item that isn't in stock we will contact you and give you an availability date.
